
Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
As Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at University of California, Riverside, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the university’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan and initiatives. This is a highly visible and collaborative position that will require exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. An advanced degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a diversity, equity, and inclusion role, and an understanding of the legal and regulatory environment related to higher education are essential qualifications.
