- Lead the development and implementation of the university's digital and information technology strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the university system to identify and prioritize digital and information technology needs.
- Oversee a team of professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and manage the budget for digital and information technology initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in higher education to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital and information technology team.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external organizations and vendors to leverage resources and expertise.
- Communicate the vision, goals, and progress of digital and information technology initiatives to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to digital and information technology.
- Lead training and professional development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the university community in digital and information technology.
- Collaborate with other members of the university's leadership team to align digital and information technology efforts with overall strategic goals.
- Represent the university on digital and information technology matters at conferences, events, and other external engagements.
- Drive a culture of diversity and inclusion within the digital and information technology team and ensure equitable access to technology for all members of the university community.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the university leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Digital And Information Technology Leadership Roles, Preferably In Higher Education.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Digital Strategies To Support The Overall Mission And Goals Of An Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Data Management, Cybersecurity, And Compliance Regulations In A Higher Education Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Lead A Team.
