  1. Manage inventory levels and track supply chain activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to identify supply needs and coordinate efficient distribution.
  3. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of all supplies.
  4. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, trends, and usage to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  5. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to supply chain management.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Train and mentor other team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any supply chain issues or concerns.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to ensure compliance with organizational goals and objectives.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized supply storage area and ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  12. Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
  14. Assist in the development and management of budgets related to supply chain activities.
  15. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or University Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain Analytics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Vendors.

  • Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Other Similar Platforms.
