  1. Coordinate and implement academic and extracurricular programs for students at the University of California- Irvine.
  2. Work closely with faculty and staff to ensure successful execution of programs and events.
  3. Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and minimize costs.
  4. Communicate program objectives and requirements to students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance program offerings.
  6. Monitor and track program progress and outcomes, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  7. Provide exceptional support to students and faculty by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote cross-functional initiatives and improve overall student experience.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in higher education and incorporate them into program development and implementation.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, attendance, and evaluations.
  11. Assist in the recruitment and selection of students for various programs and opportunities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.
  13. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the University of California- Irvine by promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Higher Education, Business Administration, Or Communications.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Administration, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders Including Students, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Familiarity With University Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working With Various Software And Database Systems Used In Higher Education.
