
Per Diem Case Manager

- Provide compassionate and dedicated support to students at the University of California, Irvine.
- Guide and assist students in navigating challenges and achieving their academic and personal goals.
- Collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students' success.
- Maintain a high level of organization to effectively manage a caseload of students.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with students, families, and other stakeholders.
- Empathize and understand the unique needs of a diverse student population.
- Stay up-to-date on campus resources and refer students to appropriate support services.
- Advocate for students and help them navigate university policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
- Attend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills in case management.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and organizations in order to provide comprehensive support to students.

- Continuously evaluate and improve case management practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Case Management Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Local Community Resources And Social Service Programs.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Caseload Effectively.
