- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Provide support to the Psych Administration team by completing tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Attend meetings and take accurate and detailed meeting minutes.
- Complete assigned projects with a high level of accuracy and within designated timelines.
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with data entry and analysis as needed.
- Ensure the office and waiting area are clean and organized at all times.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Mental Health Or Administrative Role.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Computer Programs.
