  1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
  3. Provide support to the Psych Administration team by completing tasks as assigned.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with other departments and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  7. Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously.
  8. Attend meetings and take accurate and detailed meeting minutes.
  9. Complete assigned projects with a high level of accuracy and within designated timelines.
  10. Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  11. Assist with data entry and analysis as needed.
  12. Ensure the office and waiting area are clean and organized at all times.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  14. Uphold the mission and values of the University of California- Irvine.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  16. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
  17. Follow all department and university policies and procedures.
  18. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
