Intercollegiate Athletics Assistant Coach Women's Soccer

4. Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes, ensuring compliance with NCAA and university academic standards.
5. Assist with recruiting efforts, including evaluating potential student-athletes and building relationships with high school coaches and club teams.
6. Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team travel, manage budgets, and facilitate game-day operations.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
8. Actively participate in team meetings, coaching clinics, and other professional development opportunities to enhance coaching knowledge and skills.
9. Communicate effectively with players, coaching staff, and university personnel to foster a positive and productive working environment.
10. Represent the University of California- Irvine and the Women's Soccer program in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
11. Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, and make recommendations for improvement to the head coach.
12. Assist with fundraising and community outreach efforts to support the program's financial and community goals.
13. Remain current on trends and developments in collegiate soccer, and incorporate new strategies and techniques into coaching methods.
14. Uphold the values and mission of the university and the athletics department, and promote a culture of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship within the team.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletics department.
