  1. Act as a resource for faculty, staff, and students on all matters related to employment, workplace culture, and HR policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with other HR professionals to develop and implement strategies for recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as university policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and confidential information.
  6. Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the university community.
  7. Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, performance evaluations, and sexual harassment prevention.
  8. Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with any related inquiries or issues.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continually improve and enhance the university’s employment practices.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the university’s commitment to diversity and equity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Employees And Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Hris Systems, Data Analysis, And Reporting.
