- Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the Epic system.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues and end-users on the effective use of the Epic system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and maintenance of the Epic system.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide progress updates to the team and management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all Epic system content and modifications.
- Represent UC Irvine as a subject matter expert in clinical informatics and the Epic system at conferences, meetings, and other events.
Bachelor's Degree In Clinical Informatics Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Clinical Informatics Is Essential For Developing Quality Content For Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Epic Systems: Experience With Epic Systems Software Is A Must For This Role, As It Is The Primary Electronic Health Record System Used By Uc Irvine.
