
Clinical Applications Training Supervisor

- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Identify training needs and areas for improvement within the clinical department and create targeted training plans to address them.
- Ensure all clinical staff are up-to-date on required training and certifications, including CPR and HIPAA.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and observations.
- Collaborate with department managers and administrators to determine training priorities and develop training materials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually, on various clinical procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for clinical staff to refer to.
- Stay current with new developments and advancements in the healthcare field and incorporate them into training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for clinical staff and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the clinical department and other departments within the university to ensure consistency and coordination in training efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Provide regular reports to management on training progress, areas of improvement, and any issues or concerns.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for clinical staff, including interviewing and onboarding.
- Stay updated on university policies and procedures and ensure clinical staff are aware of and following them.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the training program and make recommendations for changes as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Training Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Applications Systems And Their Use In Healthcare, Such As Electronic Health Records (Ehr) And Practice Management Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Staff At All Levels.
Experience Developing And Implementing Training Programs, As Well As Evaluating Their Effectiveness And Making Necessary Improvements.
