  1. Conduct data analysis: Utilize various tools and techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  2. Interpret and present data: Translate complex data into clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations for university leaders.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations: Use data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to university leaders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments and teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights to support their decision making.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  6. Manage data quality and integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data and identify and resolve any data quality issues.
  7. Develop and maintain data models: Design, build, and maintain data models to support data analysis and reporting needs.
  8. Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand.
  9. Train and support users: Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and techniques to promote data literacy and self-service analytics.
  10. Drive data-driven decision making: Collaborate with university leaders to identify key performance indicators and develop data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Or Data Warehousing.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sql, Data Modeling, And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Experience With Business Intelligence Software Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights For Decision-Making.
