- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate acupuncture techniques.

Licensed And Certified: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid License To Practice Acupuncture In The State Of California And Be Certified By The National Certification Commission For Acupuncture And Oriental Medicine.
Relevant Education And Training: A Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In Acupuncture And Oriental Medicine From An Accredited Institution Is Required. Additional Training In Specialized Areas Such As Sports Medicine Or Women’s Health Is Preferred.
Experience: At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Practicing Acupuncture Is Required, Preferably In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting. Experience Working With Diverse Patient Populations And Treating A Variety Of Conditions Is Also Desired.
Strong Diagnostic And Treatment Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Tcm) Principles And Be Proficient In Acupuncture Techniques Such As Needling, Cupping, And Herbal Prescriptions. They Should Also Have Strong Diagnostic Skills To Assess Patient Conditions And Develop Treatment Plans Accordingly.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Explain Acupuncture Treatments And Their Benefits To Patients. They Should Also Have The Ability To Build Rapport With Patients And Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
