
Academic HR Analyst

- Analyze and interpret data related to faculty and staff HR processes and procedures.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic solutions to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments across the university to gather and analyze HR data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures.
- Use strong communication skills to effectively communicate HR data and insights to university stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in HR data.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and trends.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in higher education HR.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new HR initiatives and programs.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to faculty and staff by addressing any HR-related inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and information.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, And Hris Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
