  1. Oversee the maintenance and administration of the university's IT systems to ensure efficient and effective operation.

  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  11. Train users on new technologies and systems as needed.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external IT support when necessary.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and system maintenance.
  14. Adhere to university policies and procedures related to IT systems and data security.
  15. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to IT systems and operations.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
