5. Stay current on university policies and procedures related to student services and communicate changes to students.
6. Collaborate with other departments and individuals on campus to provide comprehensive support to students.
7. Conduct outreach and programming to promote student services and resources.
8. Keep accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
9. Utilize technology and data to track and assess student needs and outcomes.
10. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Serve as a resource and liaison for students, faculty, and staff on issues related to student services.
12. Participate in recruitment and orientation activities for incoming students.

14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all student interactions.
15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
