  1. Conduct research experiments: Perform laboratory experiments as directed by the principal investigator and contribute to the development of research protocols.
  2. Collect and analyze data: Record and analyze data accurately and efficiently using various techniques and software programs.
  3. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and that sufficient supplies are available for experiments.
  4. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the research team to achieve project goals and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  5. Present research findings: Prepare reports, presentations, and posters to communicate research findings to the scientific community.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and regulations when handling potentially hazardous materials and operating laboratory equipment.
  7. Stay current with research developments: Keep up-to-date with the latest research developments in the field and apply new techniques and methodologies to ongoing projects.
  8. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and accurate records of experiments, data, and results in accordance with research standards and protocols.
  9. Assist with grant writing: Contribute to the writing and submission of grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
  10. Train new team members: Train and supervise new laboratory personnel, including students and interns, in laboratory techniques and safety procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Conducting Research In A Laboratory Setting.

  • Familiarity With Various Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Such As Pcr, Microscopy, And Cell Culture.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately Document And Analyze Research Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers And Students.
