  1. Plan and execute engaging and informative skateboard lessons for students of varying skill levels.
  2. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  3. Demonstrate expert knowledge and skills in skateboarding techniques and tricks.
  4. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
  5. Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals and values of the university.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with students, colleagues, and campus staff.
  7. Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.
  8. Keep accurate records of class attendance and student progress.
  9. Continuously assess and adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
  10. Act as a role model for students, promoting the values of teamwork, discipline, and dedication.
  11. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate events and workshops that promote skateboarding on campus.
  12. Stay informed about current trends and developments in the skateboarding community.
  13. Uphold the university's code of conduct and policies at all times.
  14. Attend regular meetings and trainings as required by the university.
  15. Represent the university and the skateboarding program in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Skateboarding Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Expert-Level Skateboarding Skills And Be Able To Perform Various Tricks And Maneuvers Confidently.

  • Teaching Experience: Previous Experience In Teaching Skateboarding To Individuals Or Groups Is Preferred. The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Demonstrate Techniques To Students Of All Skill Levels.

  • Safety Training: The Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Be Trained In First Aid And Cpr. This Is Essential For Ensuring The Safety Of Students During Lessons.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Interact With Students, Parents, And Other Staff Members. This Includes Being Able To Give Clear Instructions And Provide Constructive Feedback.

  • Passion For Skateboarding: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Genuine Passion For Skateboarding And Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Students To Develop Their Skills And Love For The Sport. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of The Skateboarding Culture And Community.
