- Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform for the University of California, Berkeley to meet the diverse needs of the campus community.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of complex problems.

- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow administrators and developers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and report on the performance and usage of the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ServiceNow.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and usage of ServiceNow across the campus community.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
- Communicate updates, changes, and enhancements related to ServiceNow to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of the University.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform And Its Modules, With Servicenow Certification Preferred.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge And Experience In Itil Principles And Processes, With Itil Certification Preferred.
