  1. Design and implement programs and initiatives that promote personal and professional growth for students.
  2. Collaborate with campus partners to create meaningful experiences and opportunities for student engagement.
  3. Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Provide exceptional support and mentorship to students, helping them navigate the college experience and reach their full potential.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in student development and leadership.
  6. Use a strong understanding of student development theories to inform program design and implementation.
  7. Foster an inclusive and diverse campus community by promoting cultural competency and sensitivity.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to support program goals.
  9. Coordinate logistics and logistics for events and activities, including securing venues, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors.
  10. Serve as a resource and advocate for students, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, including through written materials, presentations, and interpersonal interactions.
  12. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  14. Contribute to the overall mission and vision of the university and the Student Life & Leadership Development department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Student Affairs, Or Leadership Studies.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In Student Life Or Leadership Development Programs At A College Or University.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Student Development Theories And Best Practices In Programming And Leadership Development.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan And Execute Multiple Events And Programs Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Students, Staff, And Faculty From Diverse Backgrounds.
