1. Design and implement safe and effective Pilates workouts for students and staff at UC Berkeley.
2. Provide individual and group Pilates training sessions that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
3. Educate and motivate clients on the principles and benefits of Pilates.
4. Maintain a clean and organized training space and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
5. Continuously develop and update your knowledge and skills in Pilates to provide the best training experience for clients.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
7. Monitor and track clients' progress and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients during training sessions.
9. Collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff to promote wellness and healthy living on campus.
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university policies and procedures.
11. Assist in marketing and promoting Pilates programs and events to attract new clients.
12. Maintain accurate records of client attendance, progress, and payments.
13. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
14. Adhere to the code of conduct and ethical standards of the university.
15. Continuously strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for all clients.
