- Adhere to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating as necessary.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the patient experience.
- Keep up-to-date with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
