- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to craft compelling messaging that aligns with the university's brand and values.
- Engage with the diverse community of the university through various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Manage and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos, ensuring they are of high quality and aligned with the university's brand.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Act as a liaison between the university and external vendors, such as advertising agencies and graphic designers, to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Coordinate and support university events and initiatives by providing marketing and communication expertise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and alumni, to gather information and insights for marketing and communication efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Train and mentor junior marketing and communication team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Adhere to the university's brand guidelines and ensure all marketing and communication materials are consistent with the brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the university, promoting its values and mission through all communication efforts.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing and communication team to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the university.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the university's marketing and communication efforts, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
- Represent the university at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the university and its initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Marketing Or Communications Role, Preferably In Higher Education.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
Experience With Developing And Executing Marketing Campaigns And Strategies Across Various Platforms, Including Social Media, Email, And Print.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
