
Legal Assistant, Faculty Support Unit

- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for faculty members.
- Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Coordinate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist in the organization and management of faculty events, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Communicate effectively with faculty members, staff, and external parties in a professional and courteous manner.

Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Legal Studies Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Legal Assistant Or In A Similar Role.
Excellent Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Procedures, And Documentation.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Technology, Such As Microsoft Office And Legal Databases.
