  1. Provide administrative support to faculty members, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining calendars.
  2. Assist with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  3. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for faculty members.
  4. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  5. Coordinate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  6. Assist in the organization and management of faculty events, conferences, and workshops.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  8. Communicate effectively with faculty members, staff, and external parties in a professional and courteous manner.

  10. Exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  11. Display a strong understanding of legal processes and procedures.
  12. Demonstrate proficiency in using legal databases and software.
  13. Collaborate with the Faculty Support Unit team to ensure the smooth functioning of faculty members' academic pursuits.
  14. Take initiative and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Legal Studies Or Related Field.
