  1. Develop and maintain relationships with companies, organizations, and agencies to create a robust network of potential employers for our students.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to ensure that our students are prepared for the workforce.
  4. Plan and execute recruitment events, job fairs, and other career development programs to connect students with employers.
  5. Engage with students and employers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and resources.
  6. Act as a liaison between students and employers, facilitating communication and facilitating connections.
  7. Create and maintain a database of employer contacts and job opportunities for students to access.
  8. Track and analyze recruitment data to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and manage program budgets and resources.
  10. Train and supervise team members and student workers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  11. Serve as a representative of the university and the Employer Relations and Recruitment Programs team at external events and conferences.
  12. Collaborate with university faculty and staff to integrate career development and recruitment opportunities into the curriculum.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for students and employers.
  14. Uphold the university's values and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and employer relations.
  15. Act as a mentor and resource for students, providing guidance and support in their career development journey.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employer Relations, Recruitment, Or Career Services In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Online Job Boards, Career Fairs, And Networking Events.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Employers, Students, And University Staff.

  • Experience In Program Development And Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Evaluating Recruitment Initiatives.
