- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, organizations, and agencies to create a robust network of potential employers for our students.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to ensure that our students are prepared for the workforce.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, job fairs, and other career development programs to connect students with employers.
- Engage with students and employers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and resources.
- Act as a liaison between students and employers, facilitating communication and facilitating connections.
- Create and maintain a database of employer contacts and job opportunities for students to access.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage program budgets and resources.
- Train and supervise team members and student workers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Serve as a representative of the university and the Employer Relations and Recruitment Programs team at external events and conferences.
- Collaborate with university faculty and staff to integrate career development and recruitment opportunities into the curriculum.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for students and employers.
- Uphold the university's values and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and employer relations.
- Act as a mentor and resource for students, providing guidance and support in their career development journey.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employer Relations, Recruitment, Or Career Services In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Online Job Boards, Career Fairs, And Networking Events.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Employers, Students, And University Staff.
Experience In Program Development And Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Evaluating Recruitment Initiatives.
