  3. Collaborate with faculty and students to develop research proposals and grant applications.
  4. Manage the entire grant application process, including writing proposals, collecting necessary documentation, and submitting applications.
  5. Monitor and track grant funding deadlines and requirements.
  6. Coordinate and oversee the execution of research projects, ensuring that all timelines and deliverables are met.
  7. Identify potential partnerships and collaborations within the academic community to promote research and knowledge sharing.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the field of study and identify potential opportunities for the university.
  9. Develop and maintain a database of grant opportunities and funding sources for future reference.
  10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on the status of grants and research projects.
  11. Assist in managing budgets and financial reports for research projects.
  12. Participate in university events and conferences to promote the university's research and fundraising efforts.
  13. Act as a liaison between the university and external funding agencies.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the university's research strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Library Science, Information Science, Or Education.

  • Experience Working In A Higher Education Setting, Preferably At A Research University.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Library Resources And Discovery Tools, Such As Online Databases And Catalogs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Faculty, Students, And Other Library Staff.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Recommendations For Improving User Experience And Discovery Services.
