  1. Manage the financial operations of the university, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university and industry standards.
  3. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.
  5. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality work.
  6. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including university leadership, donors, and vendors.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the university's financial practices are in compliance.
  9. Provide strategic financial guidance to support the university's mission and goals.
  10. Conduct financial analysis and present recommendations to university leadership for decision making.
  11. Manage the university's investment portfolio and make sound investment decisions.
  12. Oversee the management of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

  14. Collaborate with other university departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
