- Lead a team of data analysts, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across campus to identify data needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives, such as enrollment management, budget planning, and student success.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by overseeing data collection, storage, and maintenance processes.

- Continuously assess and improve data analytics processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the University of California, Berkeley as a subject matter expert in data analytics at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Research Setting.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R, As Well As Experience With Data Visualization Tools.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Large Datasets.
Experience In Project Management And Leading A Team, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Analysis Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
