- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the learning experience for students.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other classroom assistants and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the classroom.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to all university policies and procedures.
A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Previous Experience Working With Young Children In A Classroom Or Childcare Setting.
Familiarity With Early Childhood Development Principles And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Children, Parents, And Colleagues.
Ability To Pass A Background Check And Obtain Necessary Certifications, Such As Cpr And First Aid Training.
