  1. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all university buildings and facilities.

  3. Manage a team of custodial and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of buildings to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to coordinate building usage and resolve any conflicts.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for building maintenance and repairs.
  7. Maintain records and documentation related to building maintenance and repairs.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety codes and regulations.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for building-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance.
  11. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff regarding building policies, procedures, and updates.
  12. Conduct regular meetings with building occupants to address any concerns and gather feedback.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facility management.
  14. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the university administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Building Management, Preferably In A University Or Large-Scale Facility Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Building Maintenance And Repair Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.

  • Familiarity With Budget Management And Financial Reporting, As Well As Experience With Project Management And Planning.
