  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier students to the University of California, Berkeley.
  2. Collaborate with university departments and external partners to establish partnerships and initiatives that support recruitment efforts.
  3. Lead and manage a team of admissions counselors, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  4. Oversee the admissions process for undergraduate programs, ensuring a fair and inclusive evaluation of applicants.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve admissions processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Serve as a spokesperson for the university, advocating for the value and benefits of attending UC Berkeley.

  8. Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community-based organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote UC Berkeley and its programs.
  9. Analyze data and trends to inform recruitment and admissions strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and disseminate admissions materials that effectively communicate the unique qualities of UC Berkeley.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to admissions and recruitment.
  12. Foster a diverse and inclusive admissions process, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all applicants.
  13. Manage the admissions budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve recruitment goals.
  14. Participate in university committees and initiatives related to admissions and student recruitment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Counseling, Or Marketing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting Enrollment Goals And Implementing Effective Recruitment Strategies.
