Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Counseling, Or Marketing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Admissions And Recruitment At A Higher Education Institution.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting Enrollment Goals And Implementing Effective Recruitment Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Admissions And Recruitment Staff.
