  1. Serve as the primary liaison and right-hand to the Chancellor, providing high-level support and strategic guidance.
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the university's mission and vision.
  3. Collaborate with university leaders and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
  4. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Chancellor's office, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff supervision.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and provide recommendations on key issues and initiatives.
  6. Represent the university and the Chancellor at various internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
  8. Stay informed about higher education trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Provide guidance and support to the Chancellor on sensitive and complex issues, including crisis management.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Chancellor's office and across the university.
  11. Serve as a mentor and coach to staff, promoting professional development and growth.
  12. Manage and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chancellor.
  13. Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Represent the university and the Chancellor to the media and the public as needed.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures within the Chancellor's office for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In A Leadership Role At A University Or Similar Institution.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Oversee Complex Projects And Initiatives.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Budgeting And Financial Management, As Well As Experience With Strategic Planning And Decision-Making.
