- Advocate for policies and procedures that promote access and affordability for all students, particularly those from underrepresented and marginalized communities.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive student information in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Represent the university at conferences and events related to financial aid and stay informed on industry best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Aid Administration, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Financial Aid Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
Experience Managing And Supervising A Team, Providing Guidance And Support To Staff Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Students, Families, And Other University Stakeholders.
