1. Serve as the primary point of contact for academic departments and units on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

3. Advise and assist managers and supervisors on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with university and legal requirements.

13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
