- Stay current on trends and developments in the field of adult education, incorporating new ideas and techniques into teaching and research.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote the importance of lifelong learning and the university's role in adult education.
A Doctoral Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Adult Education, Instructional Design, Or Educational Leadership.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Teaching Adult Learners In A University Or Professional Setting.
Demonstrated Expertise In Curriculum Design And Development For Adult Learners, Including Online And Blended Learning Formats.
Experience In Program Coordination And Management, Including Recruitment And Retention Of Adult Students.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Groups Of Students And Faculty.
