
Experiential Learning Librarian

- Develop and implement experiential learning programs and initiatives for students and faculty.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate experiential learning into curriculum and assignments.
- Provide individualized and group instruction on research methods and information literacy.
- Maintain and enhance the library's collection of resources related to experiential learning.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in experiential learning and library sciences.
- Act as a liaison between the library and other departments on campus to promote the use of library resources for experiential learning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to facilitate experiential learning opportunities for students.
- Assist students and faculty in accessing and utilizing technology and other resources for experiential learning.
- Conduct assessment and evaluation of experiential learning programs to ensure effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the advancement of the field of experiential learning.
Master's Degree In Library Science Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Library Setting, Preferably In An Academic Library.
Demonstrated Experience With Experiential Learning Methods, Such As Active Learning Techniques, Project-Based Learning, Or Service Learning.
Strong Understanding Of Information Literacy Concepts And Ability To Teach Information Literacy Skills To Diverse Groups Of Students.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With A Proven Ability To Work Effectively With Faculty, Students, And Other Library Staff.
