  1. Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in graphic design, utilizing innovative teaching methods and techniques to engage and challenge students.
  2. Mentor and advise students, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional development.
  3. Conduct research and produce scholarly work in the field of graphic design, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the discipline.
  4. Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and projects.
  5. Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to the overall academic and administrative goals of the institution.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in graphic design, incorporating them into curriculum and teaching.
  7. Maintain a strong portfolio of design work and actively pursue opportunities for professional development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Graphic Design Or A Closely Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Theoretical And Practical Understanding Of Graphic Design Principles And Techniques.

  • Extensive Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Teaching Experience At The University Level. This Includes Experience In Developing And Delivering Courses, As Well As Mentoring And Advising Students.

  • Professional Experience In The Field: The Candidate Should Also Have A Significant Amount Of Professional Experience In The Graphic Design Industry. This Could Include Working As A Graphic Designer, Art Director, Or Creative Director For A Design Agency, In-House Design Team, Or As A Freelance Designer.

  • Strong Portfolio Of Work: A Strong Portfolio That Showcases The Candidate's Design Skills And Creative Thinking Is Essential For This Position. The Portfolio Should Demonstrate A Range Of Design Projects, Including Print, Digital, And Interactive Media.

  • Active Research And Scholarship: The Candidate Should Have A Record Of Research And Scholarship In The Field Of Graphic Design, Including Publications, Presentations, And Participation In Relevant Conferences And Exhibitions. This Demonstrates A Commitment To Staying Current And Contributing To The Field Of Graphic Design.
