Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In A University Or Large Institutional Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Methods, Materials, And Techniques.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, From Conception To Completion.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.
