  1. Teach courses in Art Education at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
  2. Develop and implement innovative and engaging curriculum for the Art Education program.
  3. Mentor and advise students in the Art Education program, providing academic and career guidance.
  4. Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Art Education.
  5. Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the Art Education program.
  7. Stay current with developments and trends in the field of Art Education.
  8. Organize and attend departmental events and activities, such as exhibitions and workshops.
  9. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  10. Participate in recruitment and retention efforts for the Art Education program.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the university and community organizations related to Art Education.
  12. Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and research skills.
  13. Maintain regular office hours and provide timely feedback to students.
  14. Adhere to university policies and procedures.
  15. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence in education.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Art Education Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Teaching Experience At The University Level.

  • Proven Record Of Research And Scholarly Publications In The Field Of Art Education.

  • Experience With Curriculum Development And Program Coordination In Art Education.
