
Recruitment & Student Engagement Coordinator
Assist Director with development and presentation of College of Science (CoS) Information Session content for prospective students/families/colleagues. Collaborate with CoS Units, Departments/Programs on recruitment, student special events and community science outreach. Assist Director with CoS Recruitment Committee meetings/agendas/events. Assist Director with coordination/implementation of college-wide, new student welcome event and graduation ceremonies (fall & spring). Assist Director with Science Ambassador training, mentoring, scheduling & recognition of service. Responsible for internal, Science Ambassador recruitment activity & record keeping. Coordination of personalized CoS dept/lab tours for visiting families. Assist Director with large-scale, community, science outreach events (ex. Science City). Lead liaison for undergraduate science clubs & directory.
Up to 1 year of relevant work experience required

Experience with literacy among undergraduate student population and greater Tucson community
