
Multimedia Specialist
Oversee the division brand’s look-and-feel, including the logo usage guide and ensuring that the division conforms to the University’s brand standards; Update or refresh division standards. Conceptualize, design, and produce digital graphics for web, social media, email, etc.; and printed materials such as ads, brochures, invitations, posters, booklets, flyers, programs, postcards, banners, and more. Serve as the primary designer for College of Fine Arts, including marketing collateral for College events, plus, presentations and strategic plans for leadership, etc. Oversee the division’s digital media asset management; Create marketing materials for the eight units, as needed. Conducts visual research on trends related to industry, audience, and university peers. Applies findings research to print and digital projects. Participates in applying audience-specific research and behavior when planning the concept, hierarchy and design of print and digital projects. Assist with digital storytelling for the Arizona Arts social media platforms.
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
Knowledge of and experience in project management.
Minimum of 3 years of professional design and production experience.
Experience with project management tools, like Asana, Monday.com (or similar).
Experience with digital asset management tools, like SmugMug, Intelligence Bank (or similar).
