  1. Develop and implement health education programs, workshops, and events that align with the university's goals and values.
  2. Create engaging and informative materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, to promote health and wellness.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and student organizations to coordinate and facilitate health-related initiatives on campus.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current health and wellness trends, issues, and resources to inform program development.
  5. Lead and facilitate interactive workshops and presentations on a variety of health topics, such as nutrition, mental health, sexual health, and stress management.
  6. Provide individual and group counseling and support to students seeking guidance on health-related matters.
  7. Serve as a resource and advocate for students, faculty, and staff on health and wellness issues and concerns.
  8. Utilize data and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and participant feedback.
  10. Collaborate with campus health services and other community resources to provide comprehensive support and referrals to students.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the field of health education.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture by promoting diversity and inclusivity in all health education initiatives.
  13. Communicate regularly with university administration and stakeholders to keep them informed about program activities and outcomes.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the job, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting student privacy.
  15. Serve as a role model for healthy behaviors and serve as a positive influence on the university community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Education, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Certified Health Education Specialist (Ches) Or Master Certified Health Education Specialist (Mches) Designation.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Health Education, Preferably In A University Or College Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Health Education Practices And Ability To Develop And Implement Health Education Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Educate Diverse Populations.
