Develop digital content and social media, and programming for the University of Arizona Women’s Basketball program and other sports as assigned. Oversee digital content and social media, and programming for all assigned team platforms including but not limited to recruiting platforms as well. Develop overall strategy to enhance digital recruitment of prospective student-athletes for all assigned teams. Work with Creative Services Team to ensure an annual branding strategy is followed and executed for all assigned teams. Manage the content creation for recruiting presentations for coaching staffs. Manage the creation of video content and strategy for all recruiting platforms. Organize and provide monthly analytics related to digital media content impact. Create effective metrics and goals to measure growth, penetration, and impact of content in identified audiences and geographic areas. Creating graphics for digital publication.
Strong understanding of production / post-production process
Working knowledge of video production equipment; operating cameras, microphones, tripods, stabilizers, etc.
One year of creative media experience
Three years of creative media experience
Experience in video production and non-linear editing
