• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients in a mental health or behavioral health setting
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address patient needs and promote positive outcomes
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their support systems
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of therapy to continually improve patient care
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job performance
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors
• Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions as required
• Maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends as needed
