1. Lead and oversee all revenue cycle operations for the organization, including billing, coding, collections, and payment processing.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes and drive financial success.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate revenue cycle operations.
4. Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.

10. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide regular updates on revenue cycle performance and initiatives.
11. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity of revenue cycle processes.
12. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
13. Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolution.
14. Identify and implement technology solutions to improve revenue cycle processes.
15. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events related to revenue cycle management.
