- Lead and oversee all revenue cycle operations for the organization, including billing, coding, collections, and payment processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes and drive financial success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate revenue cycle operations.
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
- Train and develop revenue cycle staff to ensure a high level of performance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with payers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely payment and resolution of billing issues.
- Develop and manage department budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact revenue cycle operations.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide regular updates on revenue cycle performance and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity of revenue cycle processes.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolution.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve revenue cycle processes.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events related to revenue cycle management.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Including Billing, Coding, And Insurance Claims Processing.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams To Achieve Departmental Goals And Objectives.
In-Depth Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.
