  4. Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the unit.

  6. Assist with insurance and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  7. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary items are available and functional.

  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.
  10. Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed about mental health treatments and procedures.

  12. Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
  13. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
