  1. Provide support to ICU patients and healthcare providers during the night shift.
  2. Perform certified nursing assistant duties, including assisting with daily tasks and monitoring patient health.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
  5. Collaborate with other unit coordinators and team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  7. Respond to patient needs and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and educational programs to stay current with best practices and procedures.
  11. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure that all needs are met.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude while providing compassionate care to patients.
  13. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address patient needs and concerns.
  14. Adhere to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  15. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Valid Cna Certification Is Required For This Position, Demonstrating An Understanding Of Basic Nursing Care Principles And Procedures.

  • Previous Experience In A Critical Care Setting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cna In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Or Other Critical Care Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Unit Coord Cna In The Icu, Effective Communication Is Essential In Relaying Information To Healthcare Team Members, Patients, And Their Families. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Ability To Multi-Task And Prioritize: This Position Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities Simultaneously, While Also Being Able To Prioritize And Manage Time Effectively.

  • Team Player Attitude: Working In The Icu Requires Strong Teamwork And Collaboration Skills. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Positive Attitude, Be Able To Work Well With Others, And Contribute To A Positive And Supportive Work Environment.
