  13. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Keep abreast of current research and developments in the field of mental health to enhance treatment approaches.
  16. Display a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.
  17. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  18. Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • State Licensure As A Therapist Or Clinical Social Worker.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Providing Therapy Services To Individuals, Couples, And Families.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Build Trust With Clients.
