• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients to address their mental health concerns and develop treatment plans
• Build and maintain a strong rapport with patients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the appropriate course of treatment for each patient
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Stay up-to-date on current research, best practices, and evidence-based interventions to continually improve therapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and other necessary records
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress
• Advocate for patients and their mental health needs within the healthcare system and the community
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional growth and development
