• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients with mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, in collaboration with other members of the treatment team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment goals
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in urgent or emergency situations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health treatment
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to review and discuss patient progress and treatment plans
• Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, as well as facility policies and procedures
• Continuously evaluate and revise treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and resources for ongoing care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of mental health treatment.
