  2. Implement evidence-based practices to ensure quality care for clients.
  3. Work with a diverse population and adapt therapy techniques to meet individual needs.
  4. Utilize a client-centered approach to promote empowerment and positive change.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
  7. Keep accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
  8. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional growth and development.
  9. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in the provision of therapy services.
  10. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by communicating effectively and collaborating with team members.
  11. Attend regular supervision and team meetings to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.
  12. Provide crisis intervention services when necessary.
  13. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of mental health.
  14. Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information at all times.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner to clients, families, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work Or Related Field.

  • A Valid License Or Certification In The State Of Practice, Such As Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw).

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably Working With Individuals With Mental Health And/Or Substance Use Disorders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Establish Trust With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities And Techniques, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt) And Motivational Interviewing (Mi).
